Getting started is simple at Indy South CrossFit!

We invite you to attend one of our Intro orientation classes.

NEW TO CROSSFIT

CrossFit is best explained through the action of doing, not through a web site. So, the best way to understand CrossFit is to schedule a Free New Member Orientation Class!

NEW MEMBERS ORIENTATION CLASS

Through the new member introductory workout, you will get the chance to work directly with one of our coaches to experience CrossFit and get all your questions answered! We will take you through some basic functional movements and guide you through a short “WOD” (workout of the day)

To attend a Intro Class follow the link below, click Intro Class and navigate and click the desired Time and Day, click Enroll. Fill out the short form and you will be confirmed for that class.
