Simon started playing rugby at an early age and continued through High School, college and Club rugby. While attending a 4 year Agriculture and Horticulture Boarding school in England, Simon trained for the Decathlon coming 3rd in County/State at 17.Simon attended W-S-M College studying Sports and Recreation going on the work in the fitness industry at a local sports complex. Simon moved to America at 24 and ran his own successful lawn care company for 20 years. Something was missing, started working out with the little know back then Kettlebell then he found Crossfit (before there was a CF Gym in Indianapolis) in 2007 obtaining his L-1 in 2008 and again in 2013. Coaching at a CF Box for 4 years, his passion for CF lead him to open Indy South Crossfit in 2013.
Simon’s mission is to help people get the most out of their training whether it be; improved mobility, weight loss, strength training or increasing cardiovascular fitness. Simon hopes to inspire others to find a passion for CrossFit, exercise and healthy living.
